Automotive design icon MANSORY has unveiled plans, with AMAAL luxury real estate developer, for its first-ever branded residential project, bringing its signature sculptural precision and high-performance aesthetic into UAE real estate. Designed in partnership with Emirati developer AMAAL, MANSORY Residences will rise within Mohammed Bin Rashid City’s Meydan Horizon masterplan, marking a global debut for the real estate brand in architecture and interiors. The AED 1.8 billion, 48-storey luxury tower is currently in advanced design planning and scheduled for completion in Q4 2028.


The interiors are conceived to translate MANSORY’s automotive vocabulary into living spaces, featuring layered lighting, brushed metals, and leather-wrapped furnishings reminiscent of luxury car cabins. Kitchens will integrate concealed mechanisms for streamlined functionality, while bedrooms incorporate upholstered accents and refined textures to elevate the residential experience.
