With over two decades of experience in the UAE real estate sector, I have contributed to iconic developments such as Downtown Dubai, home to Burj Khalifa and The Dubai Mall. This foundation enables me to guide Amaal in redefining urban living through designs that integrate sustainability, innovation, and vibrant community spaces.
■ As CEO and Founding Partner, how do you keep your teams motivated over the long term?
